Our Stollen is hand made, hand shaped and baked to perfection.  Then it is brushed with butter and lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar and ready for your table.  Even most German bakeries mass produce their Stollen, but not Bavarian Bakery.  We make our Stollen with the finest ingredients and a heavy dose of pride.
